What happens after the call?
We talk through your property, your systems (PMS, WhatsApp) and a start date. Setup then follows the same three steps as everywhere else: upload your guest directory, customize Kurt, add the snippet – no IT department needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. On monthly billing the contract ends at the close of the current billing month, no minimum term, no notice period.
What does the WhatsApp integration cost on top?
From €79/month, added to the base price. Kurt then answers guest questions directly through your existing WhatsApp Business account.
Do we need a specific PMS provider for the integration?
In-chat booking runs through the GauVendi Sales Engine. Plain PMS integration (Mews, apaleo and others) is available on request.
Where is our guest data stored?
Developed and hosted in Germany, data never leaves the EU, GDPR-compliant.
