How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access to the Professional plan. No credit card required. After that, you'll automatically switch to the Free plan – or upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing = cancel monthly. No hidden costs, no cancellation deadlines, no fine print.
What does "Early Adopter Price" mean?
Sign up now and lock in the reduced price permanently. When we introduce regular pricing later, nothing changes for existing customers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit. Enterprise customers receive invoices.
What happens to my data?
German/EU data centers. GDPR compliant. Fully deleted 30 days after account closure.
Is the Free plan enough to really test Kurt?
Yes. 15 documents and 100 queries are enough to connect Kurt to your real data and show your team how it works. No toy demo – real answers to real questions.
What counts as a query?
Every question an agent or guest asks Kurt. Follow-up questions in the same conversation count individually. Widget loads without a question don't count.
Can I use different sources for different widgets?
Yes, from the Professional plan. You can configure per widget which data sources Kurt may use – e.g. only manuals for the public widget, but tickets and internal docs for the team.
